What Do I Need to Know About My Appointment?
- Please book separate appointments for more than 2 people.
- The process will take a maximum of 15 minutes per person.
- $20 is nonrefundable, and it will be deducted from the total pricing during the zapping!
- If you miss your appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance. There will be no cancellations however we can reschedule your appointment anyway in the future.
Do You Offer Any Guarantee?
We offer alifetime guaranteeon the product and any type of adjustments orfixes and adjustmentsforFREEin any of our locations! No need to make an appointment, just walk in.
How Do I Schedule an Appointment?
We are currently offering 15 minute Forever Permanent Bracelet appointments.
We do require a $20 deposit, in order to reserve your spot. The deposit is then issued back to you as a credit and goes towards the purchase of your bracelet on the day of your appointment.
Walk-In Information
We also offer walk-in service where you can just walk in without an appointment and get a permanent forever bracelet.
Priority does go to those who have booked appointments, so if you are walking in please expect to wait. The wait time depends on the day but it generally ranges from minutes to about an hour.
We do however encourage you to book an appointment as we can't guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your party. You can always call ahead to find out the current wait time.
